Please ensure that the data in the CSV file follows a specific format. Each row represents a record, and each column should be separated by commas. For example, the first line should contain the column headers, such as Name, Email, Phone From the second line onward, each row should correspond to a record with its respective values, also separated by commas. For instance, Foo, Foo@Bar.com, 111.
